www.irisfoodforthought.com Food for thought; love for food; body, mind & soul in balance... At a young age I was already busy reading and writing. Later I studied English Language & Literature I finished and graduated! With all this still in the back of my mind, I started this blog to share my experiences and my thoughts on all the good things in life... Building a happier life by making positive changes in my personal as well as work life for a good balance. Living a good and positive life does not necessarily mean being well known in the world, having loads of ‘friends’, money or possessions… it is all about energy and sharing this energy. To me small things really matter, such as having the ability to work out by running, yoga, being, just keep the body moving. Also wholesome, but delicious food is a great contributor to feeling good and have a happier life; as it is often said ‘your body is your temple’. Besides, I cannot imagine living without books and music in my world… it creates emotions and brings back good old memories.
