People who have fixed mindset: * dislike and avoid challenges in fear of not being smart or talented enough. * lose interest when a task becomes harder. * need to be rewarded for their efforts, even when they’ve done very little. * get discouraged after one setback, rejection, or failure. * give up easily. People with growth mindset: * willingly seek challenges and thrive under pressure. * are more motivated when things get hard. * does not let one mistake or setback define their potential. * believe that hard work is essential because natural talent is simply not enough. * love what they do and don’t want to stop doing it.
