Sunday 6th August: ♡ I woke up in a surprisingly good mood considering the lack of sleep I had. ♡ Managed to get some washing dry in between showers. Small victories! 😆 ♡ I'm looking forward to the England v Nigeria match tomorrow morning. ♡ We had a carvery at the local garden which was very yummy. Treated myself to a book whilst we were there. ♡ I've wanted curtains up in our lounge since we moved in 5 years ago. We have blinds. Today, we finally put up a curtain rail and curtains, with some help. The lounge feels more cosy already. I need to iron/steam them next weekend. We also put some shelves up in the bedroom. ♡ J and I watched the final episodes of Season 1 of Designated Survivor. ♡ I'm now sat watching the new season of Steel Magnolias.
