Good Morning 🙂 I’ve been thinking about the power of aiming for small improvements this week, little wins often seem too tiny to have an impact, yet they do! I sometimes need to remind myself the actions that result in a tiny 1% improvement often spark a positive domino effect and change how happy I feel and how much energy I have to share. For me this is things like.. 🌸Playing an upbeat song on my headphones after waking 🌸Focusing on one small thing I crossed of my to do list (rather than the nine I didn’t manage! ) 🌸Taking a little longer over my morning coffee than usual 🌸Two minutes in the garden before breakfast to feel the morning breeze 🌸Noticing how my toast sounded as well as tasted at breakfast. I have a catch up call with a friend later and I know the few minutes it takes to work on the small things that make 1% difference to how I feel will start a chain reaction to boost my mood so I can better ask how they are feeling and listen to what they say more effectively too.
