No worries, not all at the same time π 1 minute rowing + 3x10 deadlift 1 minute rowing + 3x10 back squat 1 minute rowing + 3x10 bent over row 1 minute rowing + 3x10 push press 1 minute rowing + 3x10 hang power clean 1 minute rowing + 3x40m overhead carry Time 35 minutes, total volume 2.700kg I am grateful I am able to workout. π
