Feeling overstimulated today. Things I’ve done to counter this: 🧁 I indulged in something sweet and smells divine. 🥗 I ate something healthy to feed my body properly. 💧I opted for water to drink today instead of soda. 🛏️ I’m cozied in bed with my animals surrounding me to lessen the stimulation. 📚 I have my Kindle fully charged and I’m ready to read to relax my nerves. For the past 3 weeks I’ve been feeling like I have a constant low electrical current flowing through my entire body. It’s exhausting me and I don’t know what’s causing that sensation. The only thing that makes sense is that my nerves are inflamed due to stress. I’ve had this before in just a single line down my leg following the sciatic. But the rest of my body? It’s definitely weird. I would love to see a doctor about this but sadly I’ve run across mostly incompetent medical people here. They can’t even get my race correct. I’m pasty white and blonde with blue eyes but I’m married to a half Asian man. The doctors here list me as black. Yes, I proudly have 1 drop in me from my paternal grandfather who was 1% Cameroon/Congo/Bantu. But most of me comes from England and Northwest Europe. Now you see why I’m not keen on the local talent? I am currently searching for a good provider, even if I have to travel a few hours each way.
