How can we manage overthinking when a particular thought bothers us? Overthinking means devoting too much of your thought and time to a situation or matter that yields nothing but negativity and stress. Whether it is a past situation or something that will happen in the future, overthinking it makes us believe worse about it. Due to a negative mindset, we doubt every person and situation and make wrong decisions. If ever the mind is troubled by a particular thought, replace your doubt with belief.
