I've been in intense therapy lately and it's been really helpful. I might do some like therapeutic activities with other people that struggle like me too. Also even though it's pretty tough for me to go out, and be around people I feel like I have the strength to work on that. Therapy is really helping me with this, so I don't know I might do more stuff and try to be around people more.
