Keep moving, just before lunchtime strength training. 💪🔥🏋️‍♀️ Taking it a bit easy after a week of no weights… Did 3x10=30 reps with 15k barbells. Bench press, deadlift to high pull, row, hang power clean, back squat and push press! Now munch for lunch. 😋
