Using a strength to overcome a challenge can sometimes seem like such a big task, but I’ve found often small things can make a big difference for me. Most people can remember times when they have overcome big challenges in their lives using their strengths. Many have achieved great things, but on difficult days strength can sometimes be hiding in the small acts like these😊 🌸 taking a break to breathe and rest (takes self compassion) 🌸Thinking of one small thing to improve my day (uses resourcefulness) 🌸Asking for help when needed (shows bravery) 🌸Helping others when we can through connecting in small ways (shows kindness) 🌸Getting up & tackling the day (shows persistence & stamina ) I find these little actions for happiness can be good to think about when the big things seem overwhelming. It can help to remind me to appreciate how many little challenges we use our strengths to overcome every day too 🥰 Hope you remember your strengths whatever challenges today brings x
