Jump Back Up July Day 16: My mood has been low again for a few days but, by golly, it was bad today. I can’t bear myself, when I’m like this. We were supposed to be going out today but I couldn’t face it. So many emotions to contend with. I can’t wait to see the nurse on Wednesday.,I decided to continue with a very difficult jigsaw puzzle, my dad lent me, whilst re-watching two episodes of “Sherlock”. I felt a little calmer afterwards. No photo so here is one of Letty enjoying the new window cushion I made recently. She never used to go in the reading nook so there was no cushion.
