For me, the best way to deal with unhelpful thoughts, is to recognise them and then let go. For example: "I'm sure they won't hire me" I understand that this is a possibility, but i did the best i could at the interview, and now it's on them. I can't predict nor change the outcome so I won't think about it any longer.!!๐ŸŒผ
