Jump back up July Day 15 This was exactly the prompt I needed. I've been saying "I will start c25k again" but that's all I've been doing - saying it. This morning I was up and out and off to Elgin before I could talk myself out of it. The parkrun distance is a little longer than I needed but I was glad to be out and doing it. It was unexpectedly warm and I was still a nice cerise colour 1.5 hours after finishing!! The bonuses of doing it today are many but two were: 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️It's the first time another local parkrunner has remembered my name and gave me some shout outs, and, 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️A lady runner called out to me - your ass looks magnificent in those bottoms!!! 🤪🤪🤪🤪 Both made me smile!!! Thank you @Action for Happiness a great start to the day.
