I’d been trying to motivate myself through this isolation period with big to-do lists, but it sucked that when at the end of the day I’d only managed to get half of the things done. Instead now I’m writing a list of achievements each day of everything I’ve gotten done, which I’ve found to be much more productive and satisfying when I see lists full of real progress rather than lists half full of stuff I haven’t quite gotten round to doing yet. Sometimes changing how you frame things makes a big difference to how you feel as a result 💗
