This is what I'm doing right now, colouring with my pride and joy huge collection of gel pens!!! Hehe, I've come to really enjoy colouring, it really helps to ground me, helps distract my mind from anxiety and panic attacks, I'm able to focus more on videos I watch (I regularly watch true crime type videos on YouTube), I also most of the time even take which ever colouring book I'm currently using and a selection of gel pens with me to most places I go to when I leave the house! I think it's safe to say it's up there with my favourite hobbies! Along with diamond painting that I do at an arts and crafts group every Friday, which is also very addictive and fun, plus doing my nails, which I may upload some photos of at some point soon too!
