Friday gratitude 🙏❤️ 🎉 The nurse got blood on her first attempt !! 🎉 My blood pressure was 120/80 in the normal zone . Previously in 2014 it was sky high in the red zone (not long after mum died) (a stressful period). In 2019 it was in the amber zone. I'm on blood pressure medication to control it. But today's result I couldn't be happier 💚 🎉 My oxygen level and pulse rate also now in the green 💚 Just hope the blood test result shows a similar improvement. 🤞 I'm sure retiring from a very stressful job in February has helped with this. Health had become more important than the salary. Life is too short as it is. 👍Helpful staff at the tip when I went to get rid of some accumulation of paint cans etc. ✍️ Drawing time with Eddies head on my leg very relaxing 😌
