Our Behaviours Sometimes we worry that we are worrying too much. Sometimes we feel afraid and then feel silly for feeling afraid. Sometimes we feel that we are making too much fuss - that others have bigger health problems and have worry that is more justified. It is okay to feel how we feel and show some self compassion to ourselves just like we would for others.
