I just went to the bank for work and my eye was drawn to a big 5 litre bottle of water on the floor with instructions on what action to take in the event of an acid attack 😔 Horrible to have to prepare innocent bank workers for the likelihood of such an event 😔 The cashier informed me that the branch is closing at the end of July. There were 2 of them there that I see quite often so my first question was if their jobs were safe. They were genuinely chuffed that I had bothered to ask rather than just rant about yet another branch closure. It is sad, but apparently footfall is down over fifty percent since COVID. We all love the convenience of online banking but there are consequences 😔
