Stay positive and grateful It is hard to be positive sometimes when you are being harassed and badgered for what you are trying to do to help others. I once read in a book saying we should try “flip it to test it” meaning imagine as the other person behaving the way they behave towards you. For some weird reason this always works for me. What do you think and what positive coping mechanism you use?
