Good Morning. Hoping things are a little cooler here today. I find I need different strategies to manage my self care during hot weather. For me this looks like… 🌸Extra water and rest 🌸Allowing more time to do things 🌸Accepting that not everything is likely to get done right now and that’s ok 🌸Reminding myself that being hot and tired can affect the way I feel and this will pass 🌸Remembering that mental effort as well as physical effort can be more tiring for me at higher temperatures. 🌸Knowing it’s ok to take care of myself as this improves my own happiness and this can sometimes help me find strength to support others in their own actions for happiness.
