Hello! I have had a few challenges to work through lately, but these small things have helped me a lot so thought I would share… 🌸Listening to Matt Haig’s “The Comfort Book” on audio. It has lots of bite sized helpful and comforting mini chapters and Matt has a very soft and friendly voice too 😊 🌸Talking to a friend for a while and helping each other out by listening to each other. 🌸Accessing online help and information for things I am finding difficult. I feel so fortunate that there seems to be eventbrite zooms and websites that I can access for support with all sorts of things. 🌸Listening to more upbeat and energising music. 🌸Asking for a little help when I need some support. 🌸Accepting that it’s ok for things to feel difficult sometimes, especially when navigating challenges, it doesn’t mean I’m doing anything wrong. 🌸Reminding myself that though each day is a fresh start, I can take the good bits from yesterday with me and learn from the difficult parts too. Small things can make such a difference, can you think of any to add to the list that you would be willing to share? 🥰🌸❤️
