Joyful June Day 11: I’m not sure my ‘meal for one’ is necessarily healthy (although it clearly has good things in it) but, boy, is it tasty!!! 😋 I salivate just thinking about it. 🤤 Sweet & Sour Soya Strips and Rice. This is one of my favourite microwave meals when Lee isn’t home for tea. I savour every mouthful and make it last as long as I can. 😋 We finally had some rain today, along with the expected thunderstorms. The garden smells so good now. ☺️ I was just having a nosy out of the window and spied a little toad having a wander. I don’t know if he fancies a trip to the pond so I have placed a piece of slate to act as a ramp up the first step…then a stack of things to (hopefully) help him get up the second step. Lee will no doubt create something much better when he gets home. Our rhododendron is looking really good this year, despite the lack of rain.
