For a change again.. Cardio boxing π₯ 3 rounds of: 30 right jab left cross, 20 high knees, 30 left jab right cross, 30 jumping jacks, 20 left & right hooks, 10 jump squats, 30 fast left jabs, 10 burpees, 30 fast right jabs. Now time for supper! π
