June JOY Day 3 Reframe a worry. I'm speaking to my line manager in the next week or so about a phased return to work. I am anxious about it but that's okay. The worry will be a reminder to take care of myself; to remember and be clear about what I can and can't control; to remind myself I can do these if I take it one small step at a time and that this is now. It's not then when I was ill. Also good to remember I have my GPs support and can step back again if I'm not ready. The worry is good so long as I speak about it.
