Caught this lil fella doing such a fine job, I couldn’t resist a photo opportunity ! Finding it a bit easier to chill now I think it’s a mixture of everything . I’m finding time to put more meditation in in the morning as I’m waking up , that really helps along with putting more variety into my day ,and small acts of kindness, or giving .✌🏼😘✌🏼☀️♥️✌🏼♥️happy Friday !!!
