Just had some exercises drop into my inbox from the self referral I did to physio last week for my dodgy calf. Fingers crossed 🀞 that they start to make a difference. 11 weeks ago today that Mum died, I am still having a lot of up and down days. Should I be feeling more 'normal' by now?
