Hey so I've got a kind of question but it needs a bit of context I know gratefulness is really important and I know it's helpful for me but in some situations trying to be grateful feels like it makes things worse. I personally have had a really lucky life, so whenever I'm having a bad day I remind myself that in most measurements my day was actually quite good. Sometimes what happens though is that then I feel awful for feeling awful in the first place, as I know there's no reason and I'm just catastrophising and sometimes it just spirals and it's difficult to get out of it. My question is has anyone experienced anything similar? And does anyone have any ideas on how to use gratefulness in a positive way without feeling guilt? Thank you so much and have a great day!! :)
