After a lovely break away last week I was lucky to have a friend over yesterday , staying over . I always struggle when I get back from a break as I immediately feel lonely, returning to am empty house. Having moved house after a really bad experience and had to ' just get a house before I lost any more money ' there is quite a lot to do. Today when my friend left , I had to fight the urge to go see someone else. I kicked myself up the butt and spent 4 hours clearing the garden and planting some pots and made a big batch of chilli. I'm now quite stiff and tired but feeling quite pleased that in the words of David Bowie ' I knew when to go out , I knew when to stay in and get things done ' . ( for once !) 🙂
