I understand this quote too well, On the 24th November 2017 I lost my big brother Damien who was 31 to suicide and 31st December 2017 I lost my mam Louise who was 46 to cancer... keep talking to get through the bad times, your whole life can change in a moment so keep making those precious moments, it’s those moments that help you ❤️
