looking for advice/recommendations on books I can read/fill in for help with daily self care/mental health. good journals/diaries. I'm a mum of 2 and the past 2years have been hell. depression and anxiety. kids have suffered because of it.. gone from being outgoing, outspoken loud and confident to freezing at the thought of having to go anywhere.. 2020 is coming and I want to work on me, getting through this.. so that my kids dont keep missing out and that I can start learning how to deal with it all.. and being the mum they know and deserve. thanks in advance 4 any recommendations x
