A very difficult day today. I thought I was in control of my depression, but today I really struggled. The most frustrating thing is I don't know why it hit me. Work have been great. Didn't speak to anyone most of the day and I sat in a quiet room for 10 minutes, had a few tears. Felt better as day has progressed, but it really hits home how depression can take over your life.
