A couple of my friends have noticed me losing some weight... not in a bad way... but I do eat less than I should, it becomes more of a task than anything to me both because I have to actually get it ready and then accomplish eating it and because I just dont feel hungry like I used to. My psych doctor suggests that I start a food diary but I really have no clue what that all consists of... can anybody help? And please no body shaming, I'm in a most vulnerable spot the way it is. :/
