Decided to start cutting back on rubbish food as of tomorrow. Some of my negative mental health is connected to what i eat and i am a terrible comfort eater. Bad day at work? Over-eat. Bored? Eat rubbish. A lot of what happens to me in the day can have a massive effect on what i eat. I have to separate my emotions to what i eat x
