Today's affirmation! Say it outloud, in your mind, or write it down how many times you feel like it. It's a great idea to have a list of affirmations to say every morning and/or before bed. Rewire our brains to think positively, instead of negatively. There is a lot of power in our unconcious mind, it's time to make that power lean towards good!
