☆ day 29 of 90 - turn that frown upside down☆ hello everyone, hope you all had a good day (or a good start back at work/school) Xx. mine was pretty okay - i couldn't fall asleep until midnight last night as mind was racing, and had to get up at 0645. having my bag packed and meals prepped really did help make the day a lot smoother though: overnight oats are an absolute staple! first day back was good but tough, already getting stressful as had to spend all evening working and prepping for an exam on Thursday. they haven't told us if we have an exam tomorrow, so hopefully not, but no matter how much work i put in, i just don't feel like i've done enough, or as much as i could have done. really need to work on perfectionism as it is becoming a pain. had a falling out with a friend today too, but we made up soon after which was good, and i think it's just taught me about the impact my words may have even when i don't mean them in a certain way. advice welcome on how to deal with feeling like you are the "bad guy" in a friendship/relationship. had a small cry in the shower as was feeling overwhelmed and like i would never be enough, but managed to snap out of it pretty quick with a good cuppa and a natter with my mum. hoping for a better night's sleep tonight, good night Xx.
