There are lots of ways to relax and savour a precious moment. A warm drink is one of my favs, especially on a chilly morning. I am going to mindfully eat some home made chocolate brownies tomorrow (not my baking, but supporting a local business and I can't wait to devour... I mean savour them ๐).
