I haven’t posted for nearly three months as I started my CBT which is going great. This app was a great help when I was waiting for my therapy and still is an amazing app! The picture I’ve added is of a well-being journal and I can’t recommend it enough. It has inspirational quotes, colouring pages and lots of space to write your own thoughts, feelings and experiences! It’s really helping me with my overthinking and anxiety and I haven’t had the book long! Today is a good day ☺️
