Sometimes we feel guilty for giving ourselves time to chill out or do something we enjoy, when we could be doing something useful or productive. But if we don't recharge our batteries and enjoy something in life, we will be on a constant treadmill, miserable, or even burn out. A balance is the key. Don't feel guilty for caring for your wellbeing.
